Hayley Kaelin is a dedicated Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals in the Lafayette community. Her unique background includes 18 years of service in the Army Reserves, where she currently holds the rank of Major. Hayley earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing degree from the University of Memphis and her Master’s from Purdue University.
At our Lafayette clinic, Hayley offers expert medication management for adolescents and adults (ages 15+). She also has extensive experience supporting military personnel, veterans, and first responders. She is a daily runner, has seven giant breed dogs, and loves vacationing in Jamaica.
