Healing doesn't have to happen in isolation. At Hendricks Therapy, we believe there is a unique strength in shared experiences. At different times of the year, based on interest, our clinicians offer specialized Group Therapy sessions designed to foster connection, growth, and resilience across all ages.

Walk & Talk: A Women's Wellness Group Outdoors! (ages 21+)
Facilitated by Deb Berkey, LCSW (Bio)
This group is for women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or life transitions. Led by Deb Berkey, LCSW, of Hendricks Therapy in Plainfield, IN.
The one-hour meetings are on Mondays at 5:30 pm starting September 14th-October 26th. Each session will begin with a 15-minute talk on topics related to the science connection between mental and physical health, followed by a 45-minute Walk & Talk session. Cost: $30/session. Social Skills Enrichment Classes (Young teens 8-14):
Facilitated by: Janna Shipes and Hayden Gillam, Graduate Counseling Interns
Navigating the middle and high school years can be challenging. Our teen groups focus on building essential social skills, boosting self-esteem, and creating a safe space for healthy peer interaction. Social media skills will also be discussed.
Date: Informational Meeting (no charge for this meeting) Thursday, August 16th
The group will continue to meet on the following days:
Class Start Dates: Thursdays, 8/20, 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24
Time: 6-7 pm.
Place: 6291 Cambridge Way, Plainfield, IN 46168 (Conference room)
Cost: $30/meeting (Prepayment is required; call 317-718-8436 to register)
Age: 8-14 yrs. We group participants by age for specific exercises, depending on the material being covered.
